Here at Ragworm we dedicate our time and efforts in to providing the best customer service possible. With our customer base ever growing we want to make sure we are giving each individual customer the service they require. One way in which we plan to do this is getting back out on the road and visiting all you lovely people in your home towns/ work places.
We kicked the visits off last week with trips to the guys at Pimoroni, 4Tronix and G2Innovations. If you have been following the Flotilla Kickstarter then you will be aware of Ragworms’ Relationship with the Pirates at Pimoroni. We have a great time working to support their unique needs from prototype through to the full production runs. It is always great to get the opportunity to poke our heads in and get the low down on all the news. Our visit this time provided us with the opportunity to discuss the up and coming Ragworm website over haul and try out some of our ideas on the guys and obtain their very helpful feedback. Thanks guys – it was much appreciated!
Next it was our pleasure to be invited to visit Gareth @ 4Tronix. The hospitality could not be faulted so thank you very much! It was fantastic to see a selection of his products in the wild and get a sneak preview of new developments. For us it is crucial that we meet the quality and pricing requirements of all of our customers; getting out on the road means we can make sure we are doing just that. Understanding the full picture keeps us in touch with our customer base and moving in the right direction, which is of course supporting you!
Our final visit of the day was to G2 Innovations. We love a challenge and these guys make sure we are kept on our toes by utilising our full service from design assistance, sanity checks, PCB production, component sourcing and Full and Final Assembly. These are certainly projects that we can get our teeth into!
Our visits cover a range of topics and we love the diversity. Getting out and into your workplace helps us to understand the projects you are working on, how the service we provide fits into your working day and how we can grow to better support this. Each customer has an individual set of needs and we feel the best way to ensure Ragworm can work for you is to get into the thick of it with you!
